Your sales destinations
We read them from imported orders instead of asking you to research every market first.
For companies established outside the EU
Connect a supported sales source or upload your orders. smbf.me identifies the EU countries where you sell, coordinates local registration and a local authorised representative where needed, and prepares country reports.
What you receive
Your company and order data are reused across countries; smbf.me handles the local differences.
We read them from imported orders instead of asking you to research every market first.
We organise the register, scheme, owner, deadline, and next step for each active country.
We coordinate a verified local AR route and mandate documents where one is needed.
We prepare supported country outputs from the same sales and packaging data and retain the source records.
We keep the smbf.me subscription separate from local registry, scheme, AR, and professional fees.
Proof through structure
Each guide keeps its national links, AR answer, and reporting threshold together.
Test the country-workspace model without a paid tier.
No seat, SKU, order, or imported-row pricing.
How it works
The same four steps repeat as your European sales grow.
Use a store, marketplace, ERP, or file upload. We begin with your real orders and destinations.
We combine the order destinations with your legal entity, sales route, and existing registrations.
For each applicable market, we coordinate the local scheme and authorised-representative route where needed.
We map packaging data to supported local formats and keep submissions, receipts, and source evidence together.
Non-EU seller FAQ
No. There is no interchangeable packaging EPR registration for every EU market. smbf.me coordinates the relevant national routes in one workspace.
Do not assume so. Producer status, destination, sales route, packaging stream, and national law determine whether a representative is required or available.
Do not assume so. The locally established entity, written mandate, accepted duties, registration process, and appointment evidence must be checked country by country.
The workspace can start with your company and market facts. Registration timing still depends on the national authority, scheme, representative, documents, signatures, and current processing route.
Up to three active countries are free. Four to seven cost €50 per month, eight to fifteen €100, and sixteen or more €150—with unlimited users and data.
No. Registry, PRO, authorised-representative, audit, translation, legal, and material-volume charges remain separate unless a written proposal explicitly includes them.
