You activate each country
An imported order can reveal a new destination, but it cannot change your subscription. The workspace asks you to confirm before that country becomes active.
The next band needs confirmation
Activating a 4th, 8th, or 16th country shows the new monthly price first. The plan changes only after the workspace owner confirms it.
Archiving changes the next renewal
An archived country stops counting at the next monthly renewal. Its reports and evidence stay read-only for the applicable retention period.
Monthly billing, no seat charge
Plans renew monthly and can be cancelled before the next renewal. Paid access continues to the end of the current billing period.

What changes the price—and what does not.
What counts as an active country?
A country counts after the workspace owner explicitly activates it for assessment, registration tracking, data preparation, reporting, or evidence. Finding an order with a new destination does not activate it or change the price.
When does my plan change?
The workspace shows the new price before you activate a 4th, 8th, or 16th country. Your plan changes only after the workspace owner confirms that activation.
What happens when I archive a country?
It stops counting from the next monthly renewal. Existing reports and evidence remain available in read-only form for the applicable retention period.
Are users and data really unlimited?
Yes. The subscription does not increase with seats, orders, SKUs, or imported rows. Security and fair-use controls still protect the service from abusive or unlawful use.
Does every country include automatic reporting?
No. Report preparation is included only where smbf.me supports and has reviewed the current local format. A prepared report is not the same as a legally submitted or accepted filing.
Are PRO, register, and representative fees included?
No. Registry, scheme, representative, audit, translation, legal, and material-volume charges are separate unless a written proposal names them as included.
Does the displayed price include VAT?
Displayed prices exclude VAT. VAT is added only where required for the customer and billing details supplied.
Can I cancel or move to a smaller plan?
Yes. Plans renew monthly. Cancel before the next renewal, or archive countries to move to the matching band at the next renewal.
Is this one registration for the whole EU?
No. smbf.me is one coordination workspace. Registrations, identifiers, schemes, representatives, and filing routes remain country-specific.
