  • Quantity, cancellation, and return status
  • Sales channel and legal-entity reference

What a sales connection should not request

  • Store passwords or full payment-card data
  • Customer marketing profiles or browsing history
  • Message content that is unrelated to the order
  • Passports, signed mandates, or bank statements through a sales connector
Before connection

Review the exact permissions and source account.

During use

See the last import, field coverage, and connection owner.

Disconnect

Revoke the source token without deleting retained compliance evidence.

Close the workspace

Export records and request deletion subject to legal retention duties.
