Information we receive
- Contact details and company information you enter in a form.
- The countries, order volume, service request, and message you choose to share.
- Technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as request logs and security events.
- Your consent record, page URL, referrer, campaign or click identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location derived from the network address, and page or conversion events when you enable Analytics or Advertising.
- Conversation and session information when you enable and use the support chat.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answer an enquiry and prepare a requested service proposal: steps taken at your request before a contract, or performance of a contract.
- Protect the website, prevent abuse, and keep an accountable record of the request: our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service.
- Keep invoices and records required by law: compliance with legal obligations.
- Measure page use with Google Analytics: your consent.
- Attribute advertising and measure campaign results with Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, and OpenAI: your consent.
- Load the EngageLayer support assistant and retain its conversation state: your consent.
- Send marketing messages that are not part of your request: only where a separate lawful basis and clear choice apply.
Analytics, advertising, and support recipients
The optional measurement layer separates Analytics, Advertising, and Support. No provider in these categories loads before the visitor enables its category. Google receives analytics events when Analytics is enabled. Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, and OpenAI receive page and conversion events when Advertising is enabled. EngageLayer receives support-session data only when Support chat is enabled.
We send event names and the minimum page or campaign context needed for measurement. The website event layer rejects parameters whose keys indicate email, name, address, phone, message, order, password, secret, or token data. The browser pixels can still process technical identifiers and network information under the provider's own technology and terms.

Retention
We keep enquiry data only while it is needed to answer the request, manage any resulting relationship, protect legal claims, and meet accounting or other legal duties. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
The browser keeps the consent choice until you change it or clear site data. Provider cookies and provider-side event records follow the periods described in the cookie notice, the applicable account settings, and each provider's policy. smbf.me does not place contact-form fields into browser analytics or advertising events.
Other recipients and transfers
Contact forms send the submitted fields from the smbf.me server to the smbf.me team through the Telegram Bot API. The message is stored in the receiving Telegram chat under that service's operation. Do not submit passports, signed mandates, bank statements, or other sensitive documents through these forms.
Google, Meta, Reddit, OpenAI, Telegram, and EngageLayer can process data outside your country or the EEA. Their contractual terms and published transfer safeguards apply to their processing. We assess the service, data scope, and available transfer mechanism before using a provider. We do not sell personal information.
Automated decisions
The public website does not make a solely automated decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you. If a future workspace uses automation in a way that requires additional GDPR information, its role, consequences, and human review or override path will be explained before use.
Your choices and rights
Use “Privacy settings” in the site footer to change or withdraw optional consent. Withdrawal applies immediately to new events; the page reloads after withdrawal so optional scripts are no longer present. The website also removes the first-party analytics and advertising cookies it can identify. You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection where the GDPR gives you that right. You may complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact hello@smbf.me.
