Current public contact path
For forms on the public website, the server receives the submitted fields through `/api/lead` and sends the message to the smbf.me team through the Telegram Bot API. Telegram is the message-delivery and chat-storage service for this path. The server may also store Telegram chat identifiers used to route messages. No document upload is accepted by these forms.

Role boundary
This page uses “service provider and data recipient” as a broad inventory. It does not imply that every advertising provider is an Article 28 subprocessor in every data flow. For public-site analytics and advertising, a provider can act under its own terms for some processing. The privacy notice describes the purposes and consent; the signed DPA and order identify processors used for customer workspace data.
Customer workspaces
Customer workspace hosting, storage, authentication, order connectors, and reporting processors are not represented as active public features here. They must be confirmed, documented, and added to this list before a production workspace uses them.
Changes
We update this page when a website recipient changes or a processor is added to customer-data processing. Customers can contact hello@smbf.me with questions or objections where their agreement provides that right.
