What the local route covers

  1. 01

    Comply with the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation and Environmental Protection Act ZVO-2.

  2. 02

    Register in GEA producer evidence before/when placing packaging on market.

  3. 03

    File annual ARSO report by 31 March and report quantities to DROE per contract.

  4. 04

    Foreign producers require Slovenia-established independent authorised representative; written authorisation is registered within 14 days. Notarisation/apostille not found.
